Anchored in Truth.
We exist because too many authors are exploited, rushed, or stripped of ownership. We publish differently — slowly, transparently, and with a fierce respect for the voice God gave you.

Words carry weight.
Stories shape people. Faith-rooted writing requires discernment. And authors deserve protection as much as readers deserve truth.
Not every story should be rushed. Not every testimony is ready for print. Not every revelation needs a platform before it has roots.
We do not publish work that harms the author, the reader, or the Church. We publish work that anchors truth, restores dignity, and honors God.

Why we started Anchored Word.
I started Anchored Word Publishing because I watched too many faithful, talented authors hand their life's work over to platforms that treated it like inventory. Books with eternal weight, reduced to SKUs. Royalties skimmed. Rights quietly licensed away in fine print. Names misspelled on covers because no human was actually reading them.
I am a Doctor, a believer, and a person who has spent her career caring for what has been entrusted to her. Books are no different. They are entrusted to the publisher the moment an author signs them over. That trust either gets honored or it gets exploited. We exist to honor it.
"Every author we publish keeps 100% of their copyright. Every royalty we touch is transparent. Every manuscript walks the Pathway first — because readiness matters more than speed."
We will never be the biggest publisher. That is the point. We will be the one that picked up the phone, knew your story by name, and protected the work as carefully as we protected the reader. If that is the kind of publishing you have been looking for, you are home.
With care,
Dr. Sully

A platform to lift you up — never to own you.
We never take your rights.
Anchored Word Publishing is the publisher — not the owner. We will never hold or claim the rights to an artist's work unless that artist specifically asks us to. A publishing house that quietly takes rights is not a partner. It is robbery dressed in contract language.
Collaboration, not a plantation.
Publishing is supposed to be collaboration, cooperation, and community. Too many platforms look like a step up and turn out to be a plantation. That is not who we are. A real platform exists to raise other people — not to harvest them.
Faith-based behavior, not a faith test.
Our faith-base is not about your belief — it is about our behavior. We stay anchored to the principles of good business the Bible describes, and those principles protect everyone we work with, regardless of their faith, background, or genre.
We publish for all people.
We are not only a religious press. We will publish memoir, fiction, devotional, children's books, business, and more — for anyone who comes to us in good faith. We do not turn people away. We do not endorse. We lift up.
"We do not endorse. We lift up. Anchored Word Publishing is here for you."
From the authors we've published.
"They had my book in a chokehold. Held my voice hostage in someone else's vault, my rights folded into fine print I never agreed to. Then Anchored Word came through like the light of a spacecraft — lifted me out of that great beyond and handed me back my own breath. My rights. My dignity. My creativity. Returned. Whole.""And that cover — the illustration alone speaks Poetry. My work doesn't sit on the page anymore. It lives in the image. It breathes. They didn't just print me. They resurrected me."
"I self-publish, but I never submit a project without sitting down with this team first. Anchored Word is my ghostwriter, my illustrator, my strategist — all of it. When I'm drowning in 15 of 20 projects at once, they're who I consult to get clear before anything goes out. I rarely touch Amazon, but when a client insists, Anchored Word has the answers — and not once has the information been wrong. Every time. If you publish at volume and can't afford a misstep, this is the team you build with."
"My name is Miko. I am a kid and I got really really sick. The doctors call it cancer. Some days I felt like it was washing me away.""But I had a wish. I wanted to make a coloring book. A real one. With my own pictures.""Anchored Word helped me do it!! They listened to me even though I am little. They made my book real and it looks SO good. And guess what — it made money!! A real book that real people bought!""Now I know my friends will remember me. And my little sissy will have my book forever. She can color in it and think about me. Thank you Anchored Word. You made my wish come true."
"Safe Stories. Strong Voices. Eternal Impact."
